- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- Suspended at the moment
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash, drugs etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- How long can my packages stay at your facility before charges are applied
- You have up to 15 business days including Saturday before a $50 late fee is applied daily for storage. After the 15 business days the package(s) will be auctioned to recover storage expenses.
- Can i leave off my unique abbreviation.
- Please ensure you enter the unique abbreviation assigned to you during signup. Failure to do so may result in delays in receiving your package. Please note that there is a $300 search fee for any packages that require additional assistance due to missing unique abbreviation.
- What are the payment option

- Can i collect the packages i receive last first.
- Customers with packages that have been on their account for more than two flight days must collect either the first package that arrived or all packages on their account upon pickup.
